Diamonds (Lab-grown & Natural)

  • All our diamonds come with a lifetime warranty on quality and intrinsic properties.

  • Our diamonds retain their color, exceptional hardness, and brilliance — forever.

Precious Metals & Settings

  • 24-month warranty on solid gold jewelry (14 karat & 18 karat).

  • Because we exclusively work with solid gold and do not use plated materials, we offer extensive assurance on the construction of your jewelry.

  • The warranty starts from the date of purchase.

✨ Our materials

Cha Diamonds deliberately chooses sustainability. We work exclusively with solid 14 or 18 karat gold. Unlike plated jewelry, the color of our jewelry will never wear off or change. Your jewelry retains its value and integrity, even with daily use.

✔️ What is covered by the warranty?

Our warranty covers defects resulting from the production of the jewelry:

  • Material and manufacturing defects in the gold.

  • Production flaws in the settings.

  • Defects in clasps and mechanical parts.

  • Loose diamonds due to a demonstrably faulty setting.

  • Structural defects beyond normal wear and tear.

✖️ What is not covered by the warranty?

  • Normal wear and tear from daily use (such as light scratches on the gold).

  • Damage due to dropping, impacts, accidents, or gross negligence.

  • Repairs, resizing, or adjustments performed by third parties (other jewelers).

  • Loss or theft of the jewelry or diamond.

🔬 Quality & Certification

Every Cha Diamonds diamond (from a certain carat weight) comes with:

  • Official certification (IGI or GIA): All our diamonds come with an official IGI or GIA certificate. This guarantees authenticity and the highest standards in terms of color, clarity, and cut.

  • Guaranteed specifications (4Cs): As stated on the certificate.

  • Hardness 10: Our diamonds have the highest possible score on the Mohs scale.

  • Identical: Our lab-grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to natural diamonds.

🕒 Check upon receipt: Inspect your jewelry immediately upon receipt. Any defects or inaccuracies must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

🔧 Repair & Handling

  • Assessment: Within 3 business days of receiving the jewelry.

  • Warranty cases: Completely free of charge, including insured return shipping.

  • Repair time: On average 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping: Always insured and with Track & Trace.

Outside of warranty, you will always receive a transparent cost estimate in advance.
