At Cha Diamonds, we design jewelry intended to be worn and cherished for years to come. That is why we work exclusively with high-quality materials, certified lab-grown diamonds, and solid gold.

We do not use gold-plated materials for our jewelry.

Materials, Certification & Assurance

High-Quality Solid Gold

At Cha Diamonds, we deliberately choose durable materials. Our jewelry is crafted from solid 14-karat or 18-karat gold.

Unlike gold-plated jewelry, solid gold consists entirely of a precious metal alloy. As a result, the color will not wear off or fade through normal use. A piece of solid gold jewelry retains its appearance, durability, and intrinsic value, making it designed to be worn and cherished for years to come.

Diamond Certification on All Our Jewelry

We believe transparency is important.

While certification in the jewelry industry is often only customary from 1 carat onwards, Cha Diamonds deliberately chooses a higher standard. That is why every piece of jewelry is delivered with an independent certificate detailing the quality and specifications of the diamond(s).

Every ChaDiamonds piece comes with an independent IGI or GIA certificate — including pieces under 1 carat. Under 1 ct, the certificate covers the complete piece of jewelry; from a 1.00 ct centre stone you receive an individual diamond certificate.

This means that even with smaller diamond weights, you receive transparent information about the quality of your purchase, while certification is often only offered in the market for larger carat weights.

Depending on the type of jewelry, the certificate contains information about:

Clarity (Clarity Grade)
Cut (Cut Grade)
Dimensions
Identification and certification details

By also providing certification for jewelry with smaller diamonds, Cha Diamonds offers a level of transparency and quality assurance that is not taken for granted in the industry.

Dutch Assurance Act & Gold Hallmark

To guarantee the authenticity of the gold, our jewelry meets the requirements of the Dutch Assurance Act.

When legally required, our jewelry is inspected and provided with an official hallmark by a recognized independent assurance body. This hallmark confirms the gold content of the jewelry and provides assurance that it meets the legal requirements for precious metals in the Netherlands.

The official hallmark gives you the assurance that your jewelry actually contains the stated gold content and has been inspected in accordance with current Dutch regulations.

Diamond Warranty

We stand behind the quality of the diamonds we supply.

Our lab-grown diamonds retain their intrinsic properties, such as hardness, color, and optical characteristics, under normal conditions of use. These properties are not affected by normal use. This means that the color, hardness, and optical properties of the diamond are maintained under normal conditions.

This warranty applies exclusively to the properties of the diamond itself and not to loss, damage, or external influences.

Jewelry Warranty

All solid gold jewelry is covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase against material and manufacturing defects.

If a defect is found to be the result of a production or design flaw, we will, at our discretion, repair the jewelry, replace it, or offer a suitable solution.
